Request an Appointment By Email If you would like to request an appointment for service, please complete the following form. Please notice that the fields in the first box are required and must be completed for your request to be sent. Please notice that the second box is only required if you have never taken this vehicle to Christian Brothers in Flower Mound. Once we receive your request for an appointment, we will compare it to our service calendar and decide whether or not we are able to accept that date and time. If so, we will send you an email confirming your desired appointment, and if not, we will send you an email suggesting an alternate appointment date and time. In all cases, until we send a confirmation email, your appointment has not yet been approved. Because of the large number of vehicles that we service weekly, it is almost impossible to guarantee that we will look at your car immediately when an appointment is made. We will do our best to get your vehicle in as soon as possible. Please complete all required fields.
